I've had some trouble with the app, it crashes sometimes when I try to change the sound modes. The hearing aids work fine otherwise, but it's annoying when tech doesn't cooperate. Also wish the charging case was a bit sturdier.

The device works as described, but I was disappointed with the app's occasional delays in syncing data to my phone. It works eventually, just not as quick as I'd like. Also, the charging cable is a bit short for my liking. Not a dealbreaker, but it could be improved.

The strips work fine, but the lancets are annoying to handle. They sometimes slip out of my fingers when trying to load them, which is kinda frustrating. They should make the packaging a bit more user-friendly. For the price paid, I expected something more convenient.

Didn't really like the sticky pads, felt uncomfortable after a while and kept falling off. Also, the instructions weren’t very clear, took me ages to figure it out. Might work for some but not for me.
