They work great, but I wish the app had a more modern look. Took me a while to figure out where everything was. Once set up, it's fine, but the initial confusion was annoying. Also, the app could use a few more resources for troubleshooting without having to call customer service.

The hearing aid works fine, but I wish the manual was a bit clearer. It took me a while to figure out the sound modes because the instructions were a bit confusing. It’s comfortable and the sound quality is decent, but they could improve the user guide for those of us who are not as tech-savvy. Overall, it works, just needed a bit of patience initially.

The product works fine, but I wish there were more color options. I like things to match my outfits, and the limited choices were a slight letdown. Also, it doesn't have Bluetooth, but that's not a big deal for me.

I have to say, the strips work fine but the lancets are a bit too flimsy for my liking. They seem to bend too easily, which isn’t ideal when you’re trying to quickly manage a test. Not a deal-breaker, but it’s annoying when you’re in a hurry. Also, they could improve their stock availability; I’ve had issues finding them in stores occasionally.

The thermometer works fine but the beeping sound is way too loud especially when checking temperature at night. Wish there was a silent mode, but it’s works okay otherwise.
