I find the Bluetooth a bit unreliable at times, it disconnects randomly. Also, the app could be more intuitive. Once you get used to it, it's fine, but the first week was a bit frustrating figuring where everything was. Minor issues, but annoying enough to note.

The product itself works fine, but I was a bit annoyed that the screen got smudged easily. Also, the packaging was slightly damaged when it arrived which was disappointing. Other than that, it delivers decent results but not sure if it’s that much better than cheaper options.

It does its job well, but sometimes the readings are off by a degree or two which can be confusing. I like the object mode since it helps with making sure bottles aren't too hot for the baby. Customer service was helpful when I called them about the slight inaccuracies, but it’s something to be aware of.

The device works okay, but I find it a bit annoying that it only runs on AAA batteries, which I seem to replace more often than I’d like. Also, the cuff doesn't wrap easily around my arm without needing a second person to help. It’s a bit of a nuisance sometimes, especially when trying to use it alone. It's not a deal-breaker, but worth noting.

Honestly, I expected more from the Bluetooth feature. It sometimes cuts out during calls, which can be frustrating. The hearing aid itself works great, but I wish the connectivity was as reliable.

The product works okay, but I found the touchscreen a bit too sensitive. Sometimes it changes settings with the slightest touch, which can be annoying when you're trying to relax. Also, the instructions could be clearer, took me a while to get the hang of it. Not bad, just some small annoyances.

The thermometer works fine, but the button is pretty hard to press sometimes. Also, I had a bit of trouble understanding the different modes at first. But it does give accurate readings once you figure it out.
