I had many questions. The tens unit didn't come with enough instructions. I got on the chat line (big deal for me as I am 81) the young man I was on with was very helpful, very patient and went back and forth with me for several days. I have not used unit yet but I am sure it will be good

Searched the web to find one that was 5 stars and reasonably priced and found the Oxiline. It is easy to use and works well. It was packed well and shipped fast. It was a good price too!
