a great little machine. syncs with a phone app to show trends. take your phone to the doctor and show him or her your numbers. makes it much easier and safer to adjust meds. may just save you from a heart attack or stroke. nothing to loose. a lot to gain. JDR

Also, I have a larger arm (but I'm short, so also a short arm) and the cuff fit me nicely, and also my husband's normal size arm. The first one I purchased got an error and stopped working. Accurate readings. Easy to use. The initial cuff was too large. I notified Oxiline and Katy was very accommodating. She mailed me a smaller cuff immediately for free. Excellent customer service I also like their charitable donation.

This was for a relative and who replaced an old Omron unit with this one and so far is very happy with it. The readouts are large and clear, reading is consistent and everything works.The optional micro-usb powered connection instead of the batteries is a bonus. The carry bag for the device is handy and makes it so much easier to carry on those trips

Take the time to read the instruction manual. You will be rewarded. Measuring BP at home is simple and straightforward with this device. the cuff is very easy to setup and use. If you are using this to track your BP while adjusting your meds under your doctor's care, make sure to follow the same routine each day so that you get reproducible results.

The Oxiline Pro Series 500L seams to work as advertised. The reading are clear and repeatable, from reading to reading. It is easy to used and store.I recommend that one warn fingers in warm warn before using the Oxiline; that seams to speed up the reading and give a been indication of blood oxygen level.I have no means to check its accuracy.
