I can keep it hooked to my PC for daily readings and record keeping. Hooked to my PC requires no batteries. Has all the required information and seems to chart accurately with my physicians heath records. Was fairly simple to set-up although, read the instructions. Small foot print and the cuff does not seem to pinch. Big numbers on screen, thankfully.

Pusle rate agrees with other measures. I don't have an oxygen meter to compare it with but it seems to give good readings to my wife & I.

This has a battery included which was a nice surprise. It is very easy to use. I can???t vouch for its accuracy since I don???t have anything to compare it to. Very easy to read and understand. It is responsive to change. My pulse was high as I sat down and it lowered as I sat. Also my o2 sat went up

a great little machine. syncs with a phone app to show trends. take your phone to the doctor and show him or her your numbers. makes it much easier and safer to adjust meds. may just save you from a heart attack or stroke. nothing to loose. a lot to gain. JDR

Also, I have a larger arm (but I'm short, so also a short arm) and the cuff fit me nicely, and also my husband's normal size arm. The first one I purchased got an error and stopped working. Accurate readings. Easy to use. The initial cuff was too large. I notified Oxiline and Katy was very accommodating. She mailed me a smaller cuff immediately for free. Excellent customer service I also like their charitable donation.

This was for a relative and who replaced an old Omron unit with this one and so far is very happy with it. The readouts are large and clear, reading is consistent and everything works.The optional micro-usb powered connection instead of the batteries is a bonus. The carry bag for the device is handy and makes it so much easier to carry on those trips
