Simple! Insert the 2 enclosed batteries (correctly) and it is ready to go. There is an instructions page with print so small you need a magnifying glass. But don???t worry about it. You don???t need them.Just power it up and insert your finger. Stand/sit still for 10 seconds and voila, there are your O2% and pulse.

I am an unfortunate victim of lung disease. Asbestosis and COPD for the last 5 years. I RELY on an accurate reading of O2 Saturation of my blood. I cannot take the risk of inaccurate readings, my life may depend on ACCURACY. I have tried different brands. This meter is the one I trust and choose for my peace of mind. This seller is, to me , the most trusted, best buy, fast shipping of all sellers...

My headline summarizes the three things I look for in a home blood pressure monitor. The Pro Argent by Oxiline has all three qualities, and I am happy to give it 5 starts. My old Oxiline is over 20 years old and still works perfectly. I just wanted to have a more recent model and am happy to say this model is better built, sturdier, and much quieter. I like the quietness because I don't want my f...

I was just recently required by my doctor to start keeping track of my blood pressure and started out with a Leader Monitor which worked okay but it was definitely bare minimum, no backlight, the cuff kept bunching up and clearly wasn't the correct size anyway, and didn't have anything letting me know that the cuff was in the correct position which for someone new to the game is a pretty darn good...

works well, blood pressure readings are on par with manual readings. Batteries seem to last a good while, nice that it comes with an AC cord just in case. I would recommend to my patients at the hospital for home use.

My husband and I both love this cuff for measuring BP. I have high BP, he has low BP, and we had recently come to believe that the wrist cuff we had been using for years was not giving us the most accurate reading.i This had the best reviews overall online so we decided to give it a try and are very happy with it. Thne instructions that came with it were clear, it is easy to use and we particula...

Cuffs o home machines must be on just right and must follow the rules such as Don't take reading after a shower, or within an hour of eating, etc. If you don't follow the total instructions you will get high readings.

addendum, one star to three. And later 3 to 5 ...I felt bad. But I would not recommend it for people with claustrophobiait has adjusted the pressure on the arm. But first time use was very tight and very longalways read negatives, as one's negatives are yours positives.accurate, yes but ...a very big cuff, takes too long to get a reading, too damn tight compression and did i say too long to get a r...
