My 10 year old blood pressure machine was making me feel like there was something wrong with me. Nope. The machine was wasted. After all it was 10 years old. Just got this one. Right out the box, it was easy to use and the readings were consistent. Consistently good for me! Thankfully.

The blood pressure monitor came with accurate and clear instructions for inputting the information needed (year, date, month, time, etc.). If you use the voice component, it is also easy to understand when the "voice" tells you the results of a blood pressure reading. I first purchased this product last year. It was cost effective; easy to use; and has great durability. I purchased additional units for my business to be able to evaluate patients who may have been exposed to Covid-19..however, may not be exhibiting other symptoms, but may have a little shortness of breath.GREAT Product!.

I have sleep apnea so an accurate measurement is pretty important. Checking this one against one at a surgical center was pretty close, not more than a point difference, pulse was on except for natural fluctuation. Happy with it.

I bought this to upgrade from my very old Oxiline monitor because I wanted to make sure I was getting accurate readings. Both the old and the new monitors come up with the same numbers. Of course they could both be wrong, but that's unlikely. The newer one is much easier to apply to the arm, and the unit is simplicity itself to work.
