The 500DL is super simple. I bought it for my 85-year-old mother and once I showed her how it worked, she had no problems. It seems to be accurate, easy to read, and I would highly recommend this product for anyone needing a pulse oximeter.

I really like this unit. It is extremely accurate and once set up with correct date and time and works AWESOME. I had a little trouble programing the date/time. Should you experience an issue with programing date and time, remove all the batteries and start over. If you do leave batteries in then you may get stuck in a "loop" and may not be able to re-adjust date/time. This unit is accurate! ...

We got this unit and have been using it for the past week. The setup and instructions are easy to follow and use. It's a great little unit if you are concerned about high or low BP. I made the purchase based on many of the great reviews, and I am glad I did. I look forward to many years of use out of the little machine.

I did the research and based on reviews I chose this Oxiline. I was so pleased with the accuracy and ease of use that I bought another one for my daughter-in-law who is pregnant. Her doctor wants her to monitor her blood pressure. She brought it to a doctor appointment to compare it with the bp that he took and he approved saying it is very accurate.

Using during Flu to New Pandemic Season Monitor loved ones & my Oxygen levels. Easy! Best if 95-100. Some issues might make lower. But gives idea if Need See Dr and/or Try Up Oxygen Level in body! There are foods and exercise can help.

I have COPD and a heart condition that requires me to test my O2 and Pulse rate at least daily. This is very accurate and has been tested with my visiting nurse's oximeter and they read with in one point of each other. this is very accurate measuring. I would recommend this product to anyone.
