I got one of these because I have asthma. Occasionally, I still get panic attacks which makes it confusing if it???s an asthma attack or panic attack. This helps. It is accurate. My heart rate is on target with my other heart monitor I use when I run. It took a couple times ( as in two) to get an accurate reading the first time I used it. Easy to setup, use, and read. The measurements for all 3 household measurements seemed accurate, without a device to compare to, but I'm familiar with readings from doctor visits, and these were inline.
