The product works fine, but I wish the app had more detailed instructions. At first, I found it a little confusing to navigate, and it took me a while to figure it out. The sound modes are good, but sometimes they seem to switch without me changing them. Not a huge deal, but a bit annoying. I also think the case is a bit bulky for my liking, it doesn’t fit in my pocket easily.

While the hearing aid itself works fine, the app can be glitchy sometimes. It takes a while to connect and can be frustrating when you're trying to quickly adjust settings or check battery life. It'd be nice if this was more reliable. Also, the Bluetooth can be a bit spotty in certain areas of my house, which can be annoying during calls.

The sound quality is decent, but it’s a bit finicky when changing modes. Sometimes I press the button and nothing happens until I try again. It's also a little tricky to adjust to the right fit, but once it’s on, it’s okay. I wish it was more intuitive or came with a better guide. Not bad, just not perfect.

It’s pretty okay, but I wish the modes were easier to switch. Sometimes I press the button and nothing happens, or I’m not sure which mode I’m in. Also, the charger could be better designed, like the cord is a bit short for my setup. Overall, it works, but could use some tweaks.

While the product works well overall, I do have a small gripe. The battery life isn't quite as long as I expected it to be. I find myself charging it more often than I thought I would. Also, the app sometimes takes a bit longer to open than I'd like. Not deal-breakers, but a bit annoying.
