The unit is small and compact, and is well-made, it actually looks and feels like an iPhone. The only issue I have is that the leads with the electrodes seem to sometimes have problems. I have the two lead cord that one electrode works, and the other one does not. I called the tech line and told him and he said try a different area. It didn’t work so I am going to ask for another two electrode lea...

I was skeptical at first but this hearing aid changed my life. I love being able to hear my wife and kids without asking them to repeat themselves. I have serious lower back pain every morning that would last 1-3 hours. The pain was so bad I couldn't accomplish much of anything. After I started using this device the pain subsided much faster day by day. Now I only use it for 20 minutes every morning and the pain is gone and it is less severe.

The sound modes are a nice touch. I usually have it on Normal, but when I’m at a concert or church, the Music mode makes everything clearer without being too loud. Switching modes is as easy as pressing a button, which is perfect for someone like me who isn’t very tech-savvy. I also appreciate how comfortable it is, even after hours of use.
