I like this scale because it works well and the app is good too. I had to get rid of my old scale because the app stopped working and the customer service didn't help. I hope this one doesn't have the same problem, but it's been good so far. It's a normal size and transfers data to the app quickly.

It's really hard to open the battery compartment. We followed the instructions, but it still won't budge. If we try to force it, it might break. It's frustrating! The closure hooks are on the sides, not in the center like the instructions say. I find it easy to set up this scale by downloading the app, opening it, and stepping on the scale with my phone's Bluetooth on. It looks more expensive than it actually is, which I like. After calibrating the scale, I weigh myself 3-4 times because the first measurement is usually different. I'm not sure why this happens, but it makes me question the accuracy of the scale.
