I used to have a pricier brand, but this one is just as good for a lower price. It connects with Apple Health, which then connects with my Whoop! The only difference is that you have to open the app to record your measurements, but it's worth it for the savings.

I really like this scale because the numbers are big and easy to read. When you connect it to the app, you can get a lot of helpful information like BMI and visceral fat percentage. I also use it to weigh my dog in between vet appointments.

I can share my progress with my doctor and keep track of my weight loss. Other family members can use the scale too, and their information stays private. I store the scale in the closet when I'm not using it, so it stays calibrated.
