The app provides a lot of health and fitness information based on the scale's readings. While I don't rely completely on the readings, they do give a good overall picture of important stats. I appreciate being able to track my weight during the day and at night to see trends over time.

I love that it's solar powered! I put it by the bathroom window and don't have to worry about charging it. I also like its modern look and how easy it is to read. I haven't tried the app yet, but I use the scale daily and it's a great option for a reliable, worry-free daily scale. I'll check out the extra features on the app later.
