I still think that the tool could use some design improvements, but I have to admit the customer service is good.

The tooling is very nice. Your insistence on QC paid off. However.. with a multitool, the thing I use most frequently tend to be the pliers. With this tool, it’s cumbersome to get at, and the worst part, for me is that that plier head isn’t fixed. It pivots. Really hard to work with that.

Very versatile tool, my only complaint is the first time I put it in my pocket for a day of potential use the metal clip holding the bit extension came off and I lost it and the extension.

The screws can get loose at the point were multitool folds. I almost lost one screw from my multitool. Great every day carry tool helps to fix bicycle. Multitool Can hold standart hex bits.

Good looking functional tool. Saw not as effective as Leatherman wood saw.

Tool is good and unique, does its job.

The quality is great! The individual tools lock in place. Overall, I'm pleased with it!

It arrived. The build quality seems good. There are a lot of functions this tool can perform. While I haven't used them all it seems like a good resource to keep with me on long rides or when working around the house. It's hefty so probably not something you will carry with you on your person but it's been useful to me so far.

Its a little bigger than i thought, but all things work as intended and it did what it set out to do.
