An absolute hidden gem. You don't have to drive all the way to the north to experience real links feeling. Southerness has it all and additionally the chances for sunny and fine whether a definitely higher. Worth a visit!

Lovely course and homely clubhouse. Played on Saturday in beautiful weather pity the golf wasn’t up to the same standard! We will be back again

Covesea is a lovely little Pay and Play with a honesty box if the owner is not on site. Fantastic views and just great fun to play. Great for beginners but also great fun for the experienced golfer. Sitting next door to the wonderful Moray Golf Club and with the fast jets from Lossiemouth buzzing around you will just love a round here followed by a walk on the beach. Dog friendly as well.

Played in their Spring open on Sunday and for the time of year it was in excellent condition. A very good mixture of long and short holes, greens were fine and just in case you all think ... must have had a good knock yes we did and came last!!! Lovely club house and staff, secretary tried his level best for us when we turned up with a man short. So yeah we all had a great day. Many thanks.

After a plain opening hole, the fun begins never to end. Doglegs tantalise, hills abound early on. The short 4th terrifies but so do several more which feature judgement of distance as a real challenge. The pilgrimage out to the ancient castle will test the proficient and, while the return journey home is possibly kinder, the final hole is a potential card breaker should one be tempted by th...

Played it many times as a guest for 10 years and loved it so much i bought a lodge on Sea Rivers near the 8 th hole about 7 years ago and became a country member. So relaxing when I'm there and a few tees where I'm a few yards from the sea and then a couple of real ales served by the friendliest bar staff you could wish to meet.

I have played several times at RND in the last 2 years. Most recently I played in their Seniors Pairs Open in mid June 2019 and 2 events in their golf week in Mid August 2019. The organisation of all the events was good . The course was in good condition but unfortunately suffering from abundant sheep's droppings . If the wind blows it can be a tough challenge. The staff were friendly and the of...

It's just a great moorland course, not a tree in sight. Risk & Reward holes, driveable pars 4s (depending on the wind...) it has the lot. The par 3 2nd is iconic. BUT not for the fainthearted, hilly, my partner said 15 holes uphill and 3 down, not really but it feels like it, at least the par 5 18th is all downhill. I've played opens at this course every year for the past 8, mostly for £10,...

Great course & a good challenge, so many unique features, blind shots, sloping fairways really make you think about every shot! Condition of the course was very good & the greens were the best I’ve played this year, really true & fairly pacey. The only thing that let this place down was the greenkeeping staff on the mowers. I’m fully aware we should always give way to these hard working folk who...
