Such a warm welcome. Special feel on the first tee. Spectacular setting. Too many holes that I would say are amazing. Short and friendly off the standard tees making the short approach shots more interesting. Landing in the correct spots is key. Plenty of space off the tees. Caddie was great (Stuart). This is a superb 9 hole links that challenges all aspects of your game the comments on the 3 holes over the railway are Harsh the 3rd is a risk reward par 5 the 4th a strategic short par 4 and 5th a difficult par 3 all three holes require accuracy . The finishing holes are as stated just great links holes. The green fee allows you to play 18 it is good value

The layout of this course is amazing. It hasn't a bad hole. All is interesting. Greens are good hardly a straight putt anywhere. Par threes are possibly the trickiest short holes on any course. Par fours need accuracy with length. Par fives need two mighty hits to reach so caution might be needed. This course a must for a Golfer who wants a challenge. We played this course last week, I have played lots of top class courses I rate this one right up there with the best, every hole seem to be better than the last one, the nearest course I have played to this was Barnboogle in Tasmania. If you are a golf enthusiast who wants to play the best put this one on your list well done.

Played here numerous times. It has got to go on your play list if it's possible. Meandering through scenic countryside, with a great variety of holes & greens that will test you to the limit. Don't beat yourself up if a four putt appears. I have played many inland courses & although some are equally as good, there are none better.

Fantastic day of golf to be had on this course. Quite long with large shallow bunkers galore, tricky short holes and thoughtful play required on most holes - lay up or carry the hazard? Nothing can beat the views of St Andrews as you go around the course and the view from the clubhouse is stunning. Fantastic golf course one that you must play if you get the chance, tough but enjoyable links course with fantastic greens, superb views, great food and friendly members and staff. It's my favourite course I've played so far and would be a member if I lived nearby. Definitely one for the golfers bucket list.
