This device is pretty good, but I had a bit of a learning curve at first. The instructions were straightforward once I found the English section, and now it's simple enough to use. I do appreciate having the option for an XL cuff, as my brother found the standard one a tight fit when he tried it. For anyone else considering this, just know the option's there if you need it!
