The product itself is 5 but there are some things that could be improved. My unit defaulted to being locked and the instructions don’t tell you how to unlock it. To do so, press the two top (power) buttons briefly and it finally unlocked. The touch screen is not near as responsive as a cell phone. This product is very compact and fits everything into one place. The only downside was the first one I buy didn’t last very long. The second one I bought was broken. My third one must be a charm because it works well.

Easy to use, but not very sturdy. First one stopped working within about a week of use. Oxiline customer support promptly sent a new one, which has worked fine now for about 2 weeks.I do like how everything is packaged into a pocket sized container. Works, but only take 1 reading does NOT take an average of 3 readings. Also, NO USB C cable provided to allow for using another power source.

What I did not find out or know before ordering the Oxiline is the push to "join" The memberships are expensive and won't be covered by my Medicare plan. It's a good meter and I like the compactness and the ability to track through my iPhone.I wish I'd know more before I purchased.
