The comfort level of this hearing aid is amazing. With previous aids, I'd always end up with sore ears, but not anymore! The variety of ear tip sizes made finding the perfect fit so easy. I even wore them through a whole day at a noisy festival, switching between sound modes effortlessly, and it made the experience so much more enjoyable.

The monitor seems to be more accurate than my Omron unit. It does have some issues. 1) The hose is too short another 6 inches would be much better. 2) It goes through triple A batteries very quickly. The design is quite discreet, which is a big plus for me since I was worried about looking older. Using the hearing aids has made daily conversations so much easier and more enjoyable. The Bluetooth connection is a fantastic feature—I can take calls or listen to my favorite podcasts without any issue. Only thing is sometimes the connection drops when I'm too far from my phone, but that's rare.
