While the product works generally well, the app was a bit confusing at first, and I had to spend quite a bit of time figuring it out. Also, the battery life wasn't as long as I expected. It sometimes doesn't last me through a full day if I'm on calls a lot. I wish the customer service had been more helpful when I reached out with these concerns.

While these hearing aids are generally fine, I find the app a bit glitchy sometimes. It randomly disconnects, and it's frustrating having to reconnect my Bluetooth more often than I'd like. The battery life could be better too, especially on busy days when I forget to charge them overnight.

The display is bright and colorful, but I find it a bit hard to navigate through the options. Maybe it's just me, but I wish the instructions were clearer. Also, I noticed the battery drains faster than expected, which is kind of annoying.

The product works fine, but I was a bit disappointed with the app. It crashes sometimes when I try to adjust the sound settings, and customer support took a while to respond to my issue. Plus, the earbuds don’t stay in my ears as well as I’d hoped, which can be frustrating during long walks. I think it could work better if they improve these areas, so it's been a bit of a mixed experience for me.
