The device itself is fine, but it eats through batteries way too fast! I keep having to buy more, which is annoying. Also, the Bluetooth sync doesn’t always work on the first try.

Overall, I like the device but it keeps disconnecting from Bluetooth sometimes. It's a bit annoying, especially when I'm on an important call. Also, the app crashed a couple of times, which wasn’t great. I wish the customer service had been more responsive when I reached out for help.

I really wanted to like this, but I had some trouble with the fit. Tried all the ear tip sizes but still feels a bit loose. Also, the app crashed a couple of times, annoying when you’re trying to adjust settings on the go. Sound was good though, just wish the fit was better.

It works, but I find the app to be a bit buggy sometimes. Sometimes it takes too long to sync or crashes, which is kinda annoying when you need to check something quickly. I hope they fix it soon coz otherwise, it's ok.

While generally good, the app was a bit confusing for me at first, and it took longer than expected to learn. Plus, one ear tip was uncomfortable, had to swap it out. The UV case is cool but not sure how much it really does.
