While the hearing aid works well most times, I found the volume control a bit tricky at first. It's not easy to adjust precisely, and I wish it had a clearer indicator. The charging case is a bit bulky too, but once you get used to it, it's not a huge deal. Still, I wish it was a little more compact.

It’s a decent product but the shipping took forever and there was no tracking information. Also, the cable tangles sometimes which is annoying.

The device works but the Bluetooth connection can be spotty sometimes. I find myself having to reconnect more often than I'd like. It's a bit frustrating when I'm in a hurry.

While this hearing aid works well, I wished the instructions were clearer on how to switch between sound modes. My grandma found it a bit tricky at first, and we had to figure it out together. It could use better labeling or a simpler way to know which mode it's on. Also, the charging case is a bit bulky for her purse. Overall, it does the job but could be improved with better user guidance.

The product works alright, but I find the battery life a bit short. Having to frequently replace the AAA batteries is somewhat annoying. Would be nice if it had a rechargeable option.
