The device works fine, but the instructions were a bit confusing at first. Took some time to figure it out, and I wish they included better customer support contact info. Would have been perfect if they did.

I was a bit disappointed with the battery life. It doesn’t last as long as I expected based on the reviews. I have to charge it more often than I’d like. Also, the app sometimes crashes when I try to adjust the settings. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it can be annoying.

So these strips and lancets are fine, I guess. They work with the Gluco XS Pro as described, but I find the packaging annoying. It's kind of hard to open, especially if you’re in a rush or have shaky hands. Also, one time I got a strip that felt a little bent. Not a dealbreaker but, you know, just a bit annoying.

The thermometer is okay, but sometimes it takes a while to register the temperature. Not a huge problem, but can be annoying when in a hurry.
