I was hoping for more from this device. It works okay but the noise in crowded places can be overwhelming sometimes. Also, I find the app a bit tricky to navigate at times.

I honestly expected better battery life. It's okay for a day, but I wish it lasted longer without needing a recharge. Maybe I'm just using it too much? Also, it took me a bit to figure out all the app settings, not as intuitive as people say.

I found the product was good but honestly, the app crashed on me a few times, which was annoying. The hearing aids work well, but I expected a little more stability from the app. Also, they sometimes feel a bit loose, especially when I'm active. It's a bit disappointing given the price.

I expected more from this thing given the price. The display is nice, but it’s kind of a hassle to fit my finger properly for a reading. Sometimes it just turns off when I’m trying to use it, maybe I'm not doing it right, but it's frustrating.

The device itself is fine, but I found the app to be a bit glitchy at times. I had trouble connecting to Bluetooth initially, which was frustrating. The sound is good, but I wish it was a bit more reliable in the tech department.

The hearing aids are great functionally, but I wish the charging case was a bit sturdier. It feels a bit flimsy, and I'm constantly worried it'll break if I drop it. Also, the app sometimes takes a while to load. Not a deal breaker, but a bit annoying.
