I really wanted to love this, but the app sometimes crashes on my phone. While the hearing aid itself is good, the tech side needs work. Also, I wish the Bluetooth connection for the TV was a bit stronger; sometimes it cuts off unexpectedly. Not a deal breaker, but frustrating.

I was really excited to try these, but the battery doesn't last as long as I thought it would. Also, the app crashed a couple of times, which was annoying. They work fine otherwise, but wish they'd fix these bugs.

The product works fine, but I found the app a bit tricky at first. It's not as intuitive as I'd hoped, and I had to ask my son to help me set it up. The sound is good, but I wish the instructions were clearer.

The product works okay, but the battery life isn’t as long as I expected. It also doesn’t come with a protective case, which seems like a simple addition. The display is colorful, but sometimes it’s too bright at night. Not a big deal, but for the price, I expected a bit more.

I had higher expectations before buying this. The sound is good, but I find the app a bit confusing to use at times. Also, I had some trouble with the Bluetooth connection, it occasionally drops, which can be annoying during calls.

I mean, it works okay but it's not what I expected. The sound is good, but the Bluetooth sometimes disconnects, and I have to reconnect. It's a bit annoying when I'm on calls. Also, the app could be more intuitive. It's okay, but I thought it would be smoother for the price.

The sound is good but the app sometimes glitches. It can be quite annoying when I'm trying to adjust settings on the fly. And while the device is comfortable, the UV case feels a bit bulky to carry around. I expected a sleeker design for that aspect. Wish they’d sort these issues out.

Well, it works okay but the app crashes way too often especially when I need it, and the connection sometimes drops randomly, which is pretty annoying. Also, I was expecting a faster response from their customer service when I had issues, took a while to get a reply.
