The product works okay, but I had a hard time getting it to sync with my older phone model. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I had to call customer service. They were helpful, but it was a hassle. Also, not a fan of having to recharge so often.

I was a bit disappointed with the battery life, it wasn't as long-lasting as I hoped. Also, the app crashed a couple of times. While it mostly works okay, I expected more reliability for the price.

The sound quality is nice, but I had some trouble with the Bluetooth at first. It kept disconnecting from my phone, which was really annoying when I was trying to listen to a podcast. Also, I found the app a bit confusing to navigate. Once I got the hang of it, it was better, but initial setup was a bit frustrating.
