While they work well, I find the app a bit overwhelming at times. Also, sometimes the Bluetooth connection drops when I’m on the phone, which is annoying during important calls. Wish this could be fixed because otherwise they’re pretty good.

I find the sound modes a bit confusing. Sometimes when I switch, it doesn't feel much different. Also, the cases are kind of bulky to carry around. It's not a bad product, just not as convenient as I hoped.

The product works fine, but the app sometimes disconnects which can be frustrating. I also wish the instructions were a bit clearer, had to Google things a couple of times. It's not a dealbreaker, but it could be improved for sure.

Maybe it's just me, but I found the app a bit confusing. I struggled to get the settings right at first, and the instructions weren't very clear. Also, the Bluetooth sometimes gets a bit glitchy, so my music cuts out randomly, which is annoying when I'm in the groove.

I was disappointed that the volume doesn't go as loud as I hoped. Also, the app was a bit tricky to navigate at first, and I wish the instructions were clearer. I expected more for the price I paid.

While the hearing aid works okay, I was disappointed with the battery life. It doesn't last as long as advertised, so I find myself charging it more often than I'd like. Also, the app was a bit tricky to figure out at first, not as intuitive as I hoped.
