I have tried the Oxiline unit, the "gold" standard and was very disappointed. It produced incorrectly high readings.The Oxiline unit was easy to initially set up (date / time). The display has large numbers, very easy to read. The cuff was easy for me to place correctly and the one-touch start button was a snap to use. GREAT product. I've had other monitors that lacked consistency in readings. I have had this product over a month now and have had no issues. The instructions are easy to use and monitor is easy to read. The cuff has arrows showing exactly where to place for the beginner. I haven't used the memory function yet so can't rate that but overall I would recommend this item and plan to purchase one ...

Not sure of accuracy, didn't have it checked against a doctor's reading yet. Was shipped and recieved prior to est date initialy sent. Display is large and very easy to read with the black background. Has icons to help you with diagnose. Can use without batteries while using USB cord and either a wall plug adptor or anyother USB power source.

I've had my pulse-ox for about a month and so far so good. My cardiologist has me checking my bp 3 times a day and keeping a journal on my results. The pulse reading on the pulse-ox is very close to the reading on my Oxiline bp machine. I tried to use monitor in what amounted to an upside down. You should have a picture or drawing of how it should be on your finger. after I got that streight, the device worked great. just what the doctor ordered. Really. Useful to people with breathing problems.
