Needed this in a crunch. It was/is easy to read and accurate. Came with two batteries and were easy to pop in (under the rubber cover.) The only thing I wish it had was a timer on it. However, the lack of that does not deter from this product.

Overall great monitor. It’s easy to use, but still comes with thorough explanations that really help. Battery or electric. Carrying case is a plus. There’s also an app that helps you track your measurements. Very happy with purchase.

The Oxiline Pro Series 500Dl is so easy to use , just place a finger in it and seconds later the Oxygen saturation level in your blood as well as your pulse rate is displayed. I am very pleased with the simplicity as the accuracy of this unit. Great value for the price!

The advantage of this product is the ease of use of the cuff. Normal cuffs are very difficult for a person to use without someone else helping. While not perfect, I was able to learn to use this cuff without help from my wife, and get relatively consistent readings.
