Pretty accurate as it matches my doctor???s readings. Works quickly and quietly. Haven???t bothered to sync with the app yet but hopefully that will record for multiple users? Somewhat bulky and awkward to store as the cuff is stiff and does not fold flat and will not fit in the rather flimsy storage/carry pouch.

Both take maybe 15 seconds for readout and this one provides about the same reading as the other; no more than 1 digit off (when one said 98% O2 saturation, the other might have said 97% or 99%). This unit functions correctly but there are several things I would have liked to have been different. 1) little noisy when pump is operating 2) arm cuff hose length could have been longer and 3) the cuff is a little difficult to getin the right position on my larger arm by my self
