The product mostly works well, but I was disappointed with the initial setup. It wasn't as intuitive as promised—took me more than a few minutes. Once set up, it was fine, but the beginning was a little frustrating. Also, the case is a bit clunky for travel.

It's good, but I wish the battery lasted even longer. Sometimes, it doesn’t fit perfectly and I have to adjust the ear tips a few times a day. Not a huge deal, but kinda annoying.

The device works fine, but I'm not thrilled with how long it takes to sync up sometimes. I have to keep restarting the app, which can be annoying when I'm in a hurry. Also, the instructions weren’t very clear, so I had to figure out a lot on my own. Not a huge fan of that part.

While the sound quality is decent, I found the app a bit tricky to navigate at first. Also, the hearing aids didn't sync with my phone immediately, which was frustrating. Wish there was better customer support to walk me through it.
