The product works well, but I find it a bit tricky to change the sound modes. Sometimes it takes multiple tries on the app to switch from Music Mode to Outdoor Mode. Also, the Bluetooth connection occasionally cuts out, which can be annoying during calls. It's not a deal-breaker, but it could be improved.

The product works fine but I find the display a bit too bright at times, especially in the dark. Also, it’s not very intuitive to navigate through the settings. It gets the job done, but a bit more user-friendliness would be appreciated.

While the product works pretty well, I found the app a bit glitchy at times. It crashed twice when I tried to change the sound mode, which was annoying. I wanted to love this, but the charging case is bulkier than I expected. It's not a huge deal, but it doesn't fit nicely in my pocket when I'm on the go.
