Nice unit for home use. My only issue is the directions are written in such a tiny font that they are not readable even with a magnifier. I'm a nurse and have used similar units, so I could fumble my way through getting a reading. The reading seemed accurate or at least very close.

This is our third BP machine. We became suspicious of our first cuff and bought a second based on recommendations and features. We were not fond of that one. We purchased this based on reviews and recommendations. It is easy to use with large read out digits. It has a feature that tells you it is measuring your oxygen as you stick your finger in it. But you must have warm hands/fingers and it must be placed above your heart when using the oximeter; otherwise it is not working properly, per FDA guidelines. It is good value, under $20.00.

I, evidently, have only one finger I can use this device on since I tried, and tried several time to get a reading when it first arrived. I was almost ready to return it when I found the only finger that it will read and my hand has to be in a specific position and the finger has to be just so in the device. Easy to use, but multiple readings will give the best results. Take one deep breath and the reading say 100%. A few seconds later, they can drop back to 95%, the expected value. My advice.... Read up on O2 levels before you think you have a complete understanding of this gadget.

I've been using this for a couple of weeks now. At first it worked really well and showed me the accurate reading for multiple fingers. What I'm observing recently is the laser inside doesn't read properly if the device is slightly angled. That might be completely me and my fingers. But just getting it out there for everyone.
