I very much like having a pulse oximeter. As oxygen levels with covid -19 are important indicators of this disease, having a way to measure them myself, makes for a degree of comfort.I purchase the Oxiline Pro Series 500DL after researching on-line and this one got a very high rating.

Recieved today. First impression. Looks good. Easy to read display. Directions are very very small print. So grab the magnifier. Seams to work good. If my opinion changes I will update review. I dont give 5 stars for meets expectations. That's why it got 4.

Only gave 4 stars because I have a bit of trouble getting a reading. I have to use my thumb .Don???t know if it???s the item or if my circulation is really, really bad. Don???t have trouble getting readings when home health comes weekly on their reader.

I like this product but after 5 months it stopped working properly. It seems to not be able to read the oxygen levels anymore. It seemed to work well until now but now it is all over the place and takes much longer to read.I was impressed with the customer service. I returned it and they replaced it with a new one very quickly under the warranty.

Great blood pressure monitor for the price. It takes 4 AAA batteries which don't last for more than a couple of weeks. It can be plugged in if you go through batteries too often.

Oxiline sent a replacement monitor which also is much quieter than the previous one. Working so far.Previous comment - Only had this monitor since September 4, 2019. Machine responds with an error message now "E1".Disappointing. Pump mechanism has failed with 4 months of use.

I like this blood pressure monitor, it’s more accurate than the previous one I owned. The reason for the 4 stars - I was unable to use the USB in the event I don’t have batteries. The connection to the device itself was loose and would not stay connected to the device port; so it’s impossible to use. I was actually looking forward to using the USB port.
