We ordered this product to test blood oxygen levels during our bout with Covid-19. It has a few little quirks, mainly that your hands must be warm for the accuracy of the read-out. Also, the instructions are printed very small and are difficult to read. Over all, though it is a good product.

It is a 2 person job while attempting to put in the right spot to get the accurate reading. Once it is set you're good to go and everything else is easy peasy. The thing is, I am a household of 1.

The product description does not say " not for medical use". But a paper that comes with it says "not for medical use".BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.Readings are sometimes off by one or two percent.Too bad, because it is well made.I would not recommend because the purpose is to get reliable information.

Great company. Good product support. Straightforward-large print BP measurements. Compact size. Only thing short of perfection? Will not auto-average 3 successive readings, which is the recommended way to take your BP. So you must take 3 individual readings and calculate the average for your record-keeping. Otherwise, really good BP machine.

Device as advertised. Instruction for set up clear. Came with USB connector but no instructions on use. Cuff limited to 16.5 inch arms, but hard to adjust ro difference at elbow and shoulder. Barely fit my 14.5 inch arms. If arm close to 16 inches find a bigger cuff. Follow directions carefully to get reproducible readings. Down load manual for internet for easier viewing. Search JPD-HA101...
