I’d give it a ‘5’ all the way across except the first one I bought stopped working after 3 uses so I exchanged it. After almost a month with the new ones, there are no problems. I’ve recommended it to other nurses and aides.

I purchased it for my elderly parent. It's hard to place a cuff band on your arm because of metal peace inside. You need to open that cuff with two hands and try to place it on your arm at the same time. My mom is having very difficult time with it. It does have accurate reading.

I have tried 3 different BP monitors of late. One thing that I noted on each of them was crazy numbers even after taking the BP one after the other. I might get 172/100 on one reading, then immediately take another and get 160/80...and another one after that and it's something else wild. Not with this unit. I have taken numerous readings now and they were all tight readings one after another. ...

Loved the monitor cuff. It's easy to use and appears accurate. The one small thing I found challenging was setting up the time and date stamp, otherwise it gets a 5 star.

I had some trouble getting the armband to inflate the first time I used it. I reseated the connector for the hose turned the unit off and on, but nothing seemed to work. It sounded like it wanted to inflate, but it just would not. I eventually started fidgeting with the battery door and that eventually got it to work. The light-up screen helps a lot for those with bad vision, and the pressure range indicator is a nice touch. The cuff, on the other hand, is massive! I have to mess with it just to get it to sit properly, and by the time I get it, I'm stressed out and giving bad readings. Did I accidentally buy the Hulk Hogan cuff version? Do they sell smaller cuff attachments? I thought this was the regular one. ...

We are still evaluating the accuracy (when it tells you things that you don't want to hear, you want a second opinion). Only real problem is tiny print on the instructions. I like the ability to plug it into a wall socket power supply.
