The cuff is really disappointing....was really hoping for a d-ring cuff (didn't realize it didn't come with one)...but none the less trying to secure the cuff is kind of difficult alone...over all very accurate machine...just takes me extra time to play with the cuff to make sure its secure.

This monitor is quick and although I haven't compared it with a doctor's reading I did compare it with an older machine that required 3 consecutive readings for results and I'm getting the same reading. Clear and easy to work. I was somewhat concerned that it uses only batteries to operate but it uses little battery power to operate and after almost 3 weeks of readings every day and sometimes 2 ...

Works as advertised I guess. I have no way to test accuracy except that it reads what I would expect it to read. The silicon cover is nice touch but the top section falls loose constantly. I think that it is a little slower than the ones they use in the hospital but that is no surprise for the price.
