It was returned after 20 days. It stopped working. We did receive a refund and customer service was interested in our satisfaction. We would buy something else from them in the future.

This shipped quick and seems like good quality. The results are in line with what the Dr. Is getting in his office. The only complaint is that the cuff is real tight for my arm. It doesn't seem like they make a larger cuff. If you try to lossen the cuff too much it will error out.

This make is a little more sensitive then the other one I have. If it is not fitted just right the "Error" sign comes up. I use it as a backup. I am the fence about recommending it.

Nice large display and easy to read. The item comes with a little zippered pouch that everything stores inside nicely. The only downside is the written instructions that are misspelled or transcribed poorly. This wasn't a big problem though, I was able to figure out easily enough what was intended. One of the better devices for the price. But, like many home testers, very sensitive to your setup/prep and appears to read low much of time if not used strictly as directed.

Simple to use, read-out is very clearly visible and, as far as I know, it seems accurate. I only received product a few days ago but I am pleased with its performance.

more of an electronic toy for psychological sense of security, but not a serious medical device...feels loose on finger and heart rate jumps from 74 to 95...blood oxy level??? if you are under 85% you would have felt hard catch breathing and in an hospital already...the accuracy is more in the ball park...common sense prevails.
