Works well but you may scratch your head asking yourself ???why am I not getting a reading???? The answer is to remove your finger and place it again all the way in! I???ve found a useful indicator on the display which when your finger is correctly in place, will imitate a heartbeat. When you have THAT indication, wait only a few seconds and you get an accurate reading. Overall, a nice unit.

Love the cuff. It???s easy to get on and off - no more pulling to get it straight on the arm. Seems accurate.

My husband seems to be getting a pretty consistent reading from this nice compact little unit. We just wish the reading was more to our liking!

I purchased the pulse-oximeter for myself and my adult children as a diagnostic tool and for monitoring if any should develop signs or symptoms of COVID-19. This proved to be an excellent tool in both early diagnosis and management of my daughter's infection with COVID as she was cared for as an out patient. Precision of measurement could not be ascertained, but seems to reflect values obtained in...

It is accurate and I like it that we can use it with batteries too, however it take to much time to do all the cycle in compare with other products I had tried

Sometimes it will say my ox is 89 or 92 or something crazy, then i just take it off, give it a moment, put in on another finger and it gives the sensical 96-100 reading over and over again. There are a bunch of factors that could show a momentary false reading such as a moist finger - so if it gives you a low number, try again! this is relevant for a lot of oximeters

Product works as advertised. I much prefer the upper arm cuff to the wrist cuff because the monitor readings seem to be much more accurate and consistent. Placing the cuff on my arm is not the hassle I thought it was going to be. With a little practice, I'm sure it will get to be as easy as positioning a wrist monitor cuff. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and will continue to use thi...

It's easy to intuit what you're supposed to do, put in the batteries, plug in the cuff, and push the middle button...and wait. Problem is the directions are really difficult to read so I can't actually figure out how to properly set it up to record the data it is meant to collect. Another reviewer suggested a good quality YouTube video to help with set up, and I completely agree!
