I have to say, based on the product photos, I had no indication of the scale of this thing. I thought it was the same size as my wrist monitor. I was surprised when it arrived that it was a full size unit. That being said, I ran them subsequently and they both seemed accurate.Other than the size, the biggest issue I have with this one is the power button placement, I accidentally turned on a few...

At first I was not able to get a consistent read out as to what my pulse ox level actually was. It would go from a high of 97 to a low of 91 and never stay steady on a fixed number. But after a week of steady usage it has started to level out and give me numbers that are not so vastly different.

You have to hold it on your lap to use.

I love this blood pressure monitor. It is faster than many I've tried, works on batteries or USB-powered connection, is portable, easy to read, stores readings, etc. I brought this into my doctor to see if the readings were the same as when the nurse takes my blood pressure. They were not exactly the same but they were close. I had tried three other units - same unit and difference manufacture...

I tried to read my finger when it was cold. It blinked one or two bars. It took ten seconds to finally register five or six bars. After a hard exercise the O2 sat was 99 to 100%.

This actually was a life saver for me as I contracted Covid-19 and the doctor recommended this to monitor my blood oxygen levels. Only issue was sometimes it did not read one finger so I had to move it to another but may be an issue because of my finger thickness and possible all of these have the same issue. I would buy it again.

Accuracy, I don't know so I can't rate. Ill probably take it to my doc and compare my next visit. The cuff is a little difficult to adjust on oneself as it constantly moves around your arm when one's adjusting it, otherwise I'm generally pleased so far.

Works well but you may scratch your head asking yourself ???why am I not getting a reading???? The answer is to remove your finger and place it again all the way in! I???ve found a useful indicator on the display which when your finger is correctly in place, will imitate a heartbeat. When you have THAT indication, wait only a few seconds and you get an accurate reading. Overall, a nice unit.

Takes some getting used to but once you get it correct (position and tightness of arm cup) a few times, its very easy.My wife has another one (wrist band monitor) and we wanted a second opinion because the other one was showing very high readings. So far it seems to read better and lots of memory storage. Read the instructions first GUYS!We shall see how the battery life holds up. I am betting it...
