We have only had this item for a few days but are pleased with it so far. It is easy to use and very easy to read. The only negative I can think of is with the silicon cover which did not stay on the oximeter. We solved this problem by doing away with the cover which is not needed to use the meter.

this is the 3rd omron I have owned. All have worked well providing great relative readings that are very close to the doctors office readings. The one issue I have is the arm band wraps the wrong direction. my previous unit was simple to wrap around my arm with a clockwise wrapping. This one wraps counter-clockwise which is tuff if your putting it on yourself. Nevertheless its a great unit.

The product is easy to use in the sense that you put it on your arm, push a button and boom, it's done.However, the instructions are very bare minimum. There is a diagram on the sleeve that says to make sure something is lined up between 2 points and I have an average size arm for a 6'2 male. Taking normal pulse and oxygen it is fine. You can see the pulse indicator going up and down and it matches what I feel by holding neck or wrist. Seems to stall out at 135 or so BPM.
