Works great, the voice readings are a nice little bonus. The only concern I have is the cuff length. The item indicates its for an "adult" size cuff. I felt like it was too large for my arm when trying to secure the cuff according to instructions. My arm is small so I expected it might be too large for my arm, but I was more surprised when my partner who has a larger arm diameter and would certain...

I bought one for twice the price and it never worked - returned it. This one is reasonably quick and easy to read, with the numbers facing you and not upside down. Accuracy: I have no idea. I use it as a general overall guide, but the reading can vary +/- 5 in the same test. I think of it as a barometer to notice any major changes.

I think this was worth the money. For average to plus size people this cuff works well, my whole family uses it, but unfortunately it is too tight for my upper arm. I am 5'6 315lbs and my arms are pretty big but thought they would be okay based on the reviews. This cuff squeezed so tight my arm would start to shake and feel like it was going to explode, and my blood pressure was really high (I hav...

The product is easy to use in the sense that you put it on your arm, push a button and boom, it's done. However, the instructions are very bare minimum. There is a diagram on the sleeve that says to make sure something is lined up between 2 points and I have an average size arm for a 6'2 male. To wrap it on secure it is impossible to have that lined up. I had to play around with it and it SEEMS t...

Works fine but the power button easily enabled. Have to remove batteries when not in use as any little bump will turn it on. Also, it comes with a plastic, shell/clam like flexible cover. Barely good for scratch-resistant, and doesn't prevent the power button from accidentally activating. Otherwise this a cost effective little unit.

Got it his week, was inexpensive enough to be worth buying as a "just in case" we need it thing with all the Covid going around. Tried it twice, seems to work fine. I only gave it 3 stars for accuracy as how would I know how accurate it is as nothing to compare against. I even Googled to see if there's a simple way to verify, but didn't see anything other than complex medical reports that are w...

Works fine and seems consistent but a little picky about finger positioning. You have to get your finger positioned exactly or it doesn't work accurately or quickly. This is in comparison to the units used on me at the doctors office, not to similar units of which I have not compared it to.

The machine itself is fine. Easy to set up, but difficult to get the cuff around the arm. It takes two hands for the job - but when BP is taken at the MDs office there is, of course, someone else attaching the cuff. The worst part of the device is the Android version of the Oxiline app. I was on the verge of returning the unit, but first thought to look on the Google Play Store for an alternative...

Seems to give an accurate reading. Normally blood pressure machines fill with pressure, then release to take the pressure that way. This one must read while it fills, because as soon as the arm cuff has filled with air/pressure, the blood pressure reading is available. Seems a little backwards, but overall seems to work well.
