Not bad for price. You have to shove your finger into the monitor to get it to read. The first time I used it I thought it was broken. After reading instructions over and over, I figured out I wasn???t shoving my finger in hard enough. So, I just push it in there and then it registers. Not enough to hurt or anything, but a higher quality monitor would definitely read without the extra effort and p...

I've used it regularly for over 2 months now to monitor BP. I haven't had any issues except for the battery died just a few days ago. You'll need 4- AAA on standby.

The reason why I gave this a 4-star is because it took about a minute for it to read my SpO2% then the screen said it was reading again in a total of 2 minutes. I would recommend this for people who just want an estimate since this is not medical grade so you can't rely on it to make health decisions.

Device as advertised. Instruction for set up clear. Came with USB connector but no instructions on use. Cuff limited to 16.5 inch arms, but hard to adjust ro difference at elbow and shoulder. Barely fit my 14.5 inch arms. If arm close to 16 inches find a bigger cuff. Follow directions carefully to get reproducible readings. Down load manual for internet for easier viewing. At first I thought this was way off. Then I compared it to a commercial machine and it was pretty accurate. The readings at home seemed low but evidently that is because the supplements I am taking are working. I think it is pretty well made, easy to use and has a nice display. And the price was right.

Pros:-Simple operation (power button to turn on and automatically shuts off after a few seconds of non-use)-Clear, bright readout-Accurate reading once it picks up your heartbeat-Comes with a rubberized cover and lanyard to hang it up and out of the wayCons:-Little slow to pick up an initial reading-Sometimes the reading pauses/skips around if your finger isn't in it just right. Maybe it's because...

I don't know if it's me or my heart (perhaps I have undiagnosed problems) or the machine, but the pulse oximeter will initially read a pulse of, say, 75. Perhaps five seconds later, however, it will go up to 94 or even higher. I do not understand this. I am not moving and am following other directions. I do not understand how a pulse can jump that high in such a short period of time. No doctor has...

The monitor seems to work well and is easy to use. One star off for shipping to me with dead batteries.
