I used this in a travel capacity as I work in Home Health. Overall, it does work well and is accurate.Pros-Is accurateCons-The cuff Velcro is really strong and is hard to adjust on patients.For what it does, it works well and I would buy it again. I got this machine to monitor my BP while I was pregnant. When I first got it, it gave me some very high readings and i was told by my Drs office to go to the hospital. Came with batteries. Easy to use, just need to push the finger all the way in to get the reading. Works very well, don???t have comparison to know the accuracy for the oxygen but the heartbeat reading looks right.
