Been using this glucometer for a month now, and it's been reliable every time. The blood sample needed is minimal, which is great because I hate needles. It syncs well with the app, but once in a while, it takes a moment longer than I'd like to upload the data. Still, it's a small price to pay for the convenience it offers in managing my blood sugar levels.
