I bought this for my dad, and he couldn't be happier. He loves how he can now hear conversations in the car and participate more in family dinners. The fact that he can take calls through these is a big plus for him. His favorite feature is the app, where he can adjust the volume and settings without any fuss. It does what it promises. The setup was straightforward, and the instructions were easy enough to follow. My son got it for me and he set it up in minutes. We both use it and the separate profiles are a great feature. The only thing that could be improved is maybe including an AC adapter option, just for convenience. Otherwise, it’s working well for us!
