This is a solid blood pressure monitor, I’d say. It’s pretty accurate, at least compared to the one at my doctor’s office. The wide-range cuff is a nice feature and fits comfortably, although the optional XL cuff we never had to use. My only small gripe is that it does use AAA batteries instead of rechargeable ones.
