I was skeptical at first but this device is amazing. Connecting it via Bluetooth was simple, and now I can listen to my favorite podcasts without needing another gadget. I got this monitor because the reviews seemed promising. It delivered on most fronts; the display is large and clear, which is great for my grandparents. This scale has changed how I look at fitness. I used to only care about my weight, but now I understand that muscle mass and body water are just as important. The first time I saw the muscle mass breakdown by body segment, I knew where to focus my workouts. It's also great that I can see trends over time.
