Tool works as described. Short learning curve for using the ratchet. Metal is of good quality. Whole tool is much heavier than expected, after a week of use, some screws loosened at the joining of the two sides, which resulted in me breaking the two halves apart while loosening a bolt on my friends truck. One of the holding screws had fallen out without me noticing, and I bent the other in half. I...

Reach out to contact@tolertools.com and we'll show you how to get replacement pins. The pins can be kept tight with the included bits. Just torque them down a hair over seated and they should not back up again. Thanks for being a customer. MIke

The tool itself is of an interesting design. It has so many functions. It seems well built and well designed. It feel hearty in the hand, giving you some confidence in the tool. The only thing I don't like about the project is the sheath. The tool was so well designed and made but sheath is just terrible. I would say it looks like a kid made from leather scraps. The tool needs improvements, loose screws or they loosen overtime, bit ball bearing springs are weak, bit extender is not secured properly and needs rethinking, the awl, saw and file cannot be deployed at the same time and they will be stuck in open position forever and the tool will need to be disassembled.

Thanks for the 4 stars, Nicolas. All the fasteners can be kept seated with the included bits. A little seating torque goes a long way. If you make the mistake of deploying all three blades again, please reach out to contact@tolertools.com. There is a much simpler fix with the tool itself. Just use the other half of the tool and the flat blade bit to jimmy the lock, quick and easy. Thanks, Mike
